How do I order a DVD for my region?
We manufacture our DVD releases region free. As long as you choose the right format, NTSC or PAL, it will work in your country.

Are your DVD releases playable on my computer?
As long as your computer has a DVD Drive it will work on your computer.

How long do your DVD's go for?
All of our DVD's are on an infinite loop so they will continue to play until you hit the menu button on your remote. The actual imagery restarts at 20 minutes.

I have a hotel or restaurant, can I play your DVD's on my screens?
Yes you can, but you must buy a yearly site licence from us. Email licence@dvdproductions.com.au to find out more.

I live in Europe, can I buy your product locally?
You can buy DVD Aquarium currently from Firebox.com.

Are your DVD's available in the US?
DVD Fireplace, DVD Aquarium & DVD Sirens are available from amazon. All other titles can be purchased directly off our website.

I am having problems viewing your trailers.
You will need to have quicktime installed on your computer, Go to http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/ to install.
